2006 - 2007


This picture is taken when we went up to the Pwin Oo Lwin a mountain in northern part of Myanmar, for a outside catering for the Senior General event in a Amy camp compound, the weather was so cold till we all have to put on a sweater, chef jacket and jacket.

After the event finished on the way back to Yangon, we pass by this cave which had many Buddha inside, the water was cold and clear.

In the first place they did not wish to held it in our hotel, So after our Korean Sales manager brought me to visit them in the Embassy and we present to them our proposal, they decided to give us the honor.
After the event they were delighted by our sincerity and effort that we had put in.

This was taken when my time in Traders Hotel Yangon by Shangri-La.
The US Marine Crop held a event in the Ballroom, they were very happy with the Food, Service and Decoration provide by us.
The two officer are the Organizer of this whole event and most of the invited guest are diplomats around the world.

2004 - 2006


Singapore Media Crop's Artist together with the Lucky winner couple and Jet Star Airline Manager on the Event trip of the Luanching Jet Star Flight from Singapore to Pattaya.
Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, Thailand is the Main Sponsor of this Event. The winner couple have a candle light dinner at the poolside Carbana with me and my team presenting Live cooking show

Moses was invited to be our MC for the Chinese New Year Gala Dinner at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, Thailand.

During this event Moses and me were promoting our "Singaporean style Yu Shang" to our expat and local diners.

This is another "Wow" of the Charity Event , Giant Tuna Sushi and Sashimi Live Station in the Lobby of Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, Thailand.
We had order two whole Tuna weight 120kg and 50kg directly Air flown from Phuket, our purchasing manager drove a truck to Bangkok airport cargo to collect it herself.
The 120kg baby is for display and to fillet directly by my Japanese Chef, where the 50kg baby had already fillet in the kitchen and display on Ice in order to serve our guest in time.

2004 -2006


This is the Spit-roast whole carcass of Beef during the time I am in Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, Thailand for the Charity event of Pre-Christmas Light-up. This carcass weight 250kg which is much more heavy than me.
This baby needs few day to marinate it, and it needs 12 peoples to carry it and hook it on the spit before we start to roast, and it take 12 hours to cook it with nearly 100kg of charcoals
